Casa Do Marinheiro exceeded my expectations. This apartment was much better than I expected for the price. the entrance hall may have been messy, but that doesn't reflect on Bruno, the host. Inside, the apartment was excellent. It had a spacious sitting room with a balcony, two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our overnight stay before an early morning flight. the person checking us in, Pedro, was lovely and despite being 45 minutes late, he was welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious, the wifi worked well, and checking in and out was simple. Cons: Nothing 😊.

The noisiness of the rooms facing the street can be a major inconvenience, particularly during hot summer nights when sleeping with the balcony doors open is impossible.

We stayed at Database pros for a short getaway with another couple. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group. The owner was really friendly, meeting us for check-in and giving us tips on parking and local restaurants. Finding street parking was a breeze right in front of the building. The communication with the host before our arrival was excellent, and they were flexible with our changing arrival time.
